Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Director, Operations.The Process Engineer will be based in Guadalajara North Campus. Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement
- New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling
- Customer and internal communication




- Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
- Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer

Experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering)
- Bachelor or above degree
- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly
- Intermediate -
