We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, customer journey design, and marketing automation. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive customer engagement and marketing performance.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
~ Experience creating and optimizing customer journeys, automated campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
~ Solid SQL skills for segmentation, audience management, and data analysis.
~ Experience translating business requirements into marketing automations and campaigns.
~ Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create audience segmentation strategies using SQL and data-driven insights.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, analysis,



and optimization recommendations.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable marketing solutions.
Ensure campaign accuracy, quality assurance, and end-to-end testing prior to deployment.
Troubleshoot campaign, automation, and data-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Support platform administration activities, including user access, roles, permissions, and campaign configuration.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Maintain best practices, documentation, and operational processes within Marketing Cloud.
Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and CRM campaigns.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
Experience with campaign performance analysis, optimization, and reporting.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
