We're a fast-growing US sports-nutrition & wellness brand (DTC/CPG) looking for a hands-on editor/designer to own our ad creative and turn it into customers.
Edit high-performing short-form video ads (UGC + high-quality) for Meta, TikTok & YouTube
Build, test, and iterate hooks and variations to drive conversions
Work closely with our Content & CRM Director; Strong video editing (Premiere / After Effects / Final Cut — your core craft)
Strong graphic design (Photoshop / Figma / Canva)
Most important: proven experience using those skills to create creative for marketing & customer acquisition, you understand how creative drives performance, and you're not just a designer or artist
Professional English + you can explain the "why" behind your creative decisions
Experience with DTC / CPG / product brands (supplements, food, beverage, e-commerce)
Any exposure to performance marketing / paid social (media-buying/ROAS not required)
100% remote · full-time, long-term
Portfolio with marketing/ad work required, we want to see creative you built for campaigns
