Position Summary
The Wholesale Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy for the Wholesale channel in Mexico, with a strong focus on accelerating sell-out, strengthening brand visibility, improving in-store execution, and driving commercial performance across key wholesale partners.
This role will work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Product and Finance to translate brand and commercial priorities into impactful initiatives at the point of sale and across partners' digital platforms.
The adecuado candidate combines a strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking and hands-on execution , with deep knowledge of the Mexican wholesale and indirect retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the annual Trade Marketing plan for the Wholesale channel, defining priorities, commercial moments, product launches, activations and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Sell-Out Acceleration:



Design and implement programs to accelerate sell-out across wholesale partners, identifying key commercial opportunities, seasonal moments and promotional initiatives to drive product rotation and revenue.
- In-Store Activations & Brand Visibility: Develop and execute high-impact point-of-sale initiatives, including POP materials, displays, visual merchandising solutions, product launches and consumer experiences that strengthen brand presence.
- Wholesale Partner Development: Build strong relationships with key wholesale partners, understanding their commercial dynamics and identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility, distribution and sell-through.
- Digital & E-Wholesale Execution: Develop digital Trade Marketing initiatives with key partners to increase traffic, conversion and brand visibility across their e-commerce platforms and digital channels.
- Sales Force Training: Create and implement product training programs, sales clinics
