Job Description
BayOne is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Content Creator to join the Change Enablement team. This role focuses on designing engaging learning experiences, developing training content, supporting organizational change initiatives, and maintaining internal knowledge resources. The adecuado candidate has experience creating multimedia learning materials, driving internal communications, and leveraging modern content creation tools to improve employee adoption of new processes, products, and technologies.
This is a blended role requiring expertise in instructional design, learning content development, change management support, and digital content publishing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences for internal employees.
- Create instructor-led and self-paced training materials including presentations, job aids, user guides, playbooks,



and reference documentation.
- Produce multimedia learning assets such as short videos, GIFs, screen recordings, tutorials, and interactive content.
- Script, record, edit, and publish training videos using modern content creation tools.
- Support organizational change initiatives through employee communications including emails, newsletters, announcements, FAQs, and awareness campaigns.
- Create and distribute feedback surveys and analyze adoption metrics to measure training effectiveness.
- Track learning engagement, communications performance, and change adoption metrics.
- Publish and maintain learning assets on company's internal knowledge portal and collaborate with the web development team to keep content current.
