Salary Range: $18,000–$27,000 USD | $314,000–$450,000 MXN annually

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.
This is a strategic, hands-on social role for someone who understands how to build a brand people actively want to follow. You won't simply be publishing content — you'll own the organic social strategy, manage global content calendars, shape platform-native narratives, and lead creator and influencer partnerships across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
You'll bring a publisher mindset , developing recurring content franchises and social experiences that build audience habits, strengthen brand affinity, and position the business as a leading voice within general business travel.
What You'll Be Doing
Own, curate, and manage the organic social content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Develop distinct strategies for each platform,



understanding that different audiences require different content, tone, and storytelling
Position TikTok and Instagram around relatable, entertaining, trend-led content , while using LinkedIn for thought leadership, expertise, and industry conversations
Develop recurring, habit-forming content franchises rather than relying on one-off social posts
Lead influencer and creator partnerships , from identifying opportunities through briefing, co-creation, and delivery
Create open-ended creator briefs that allow talent to maintain their authentic style while naturally integrating products and brand messaging
Partner closely with Social Content Creators, Videographers, Editors, Designers, and Copywriters
Ensure organic social supports major product launches, campaigns, cultural moments, and wider business priorities
Manage campaign timelines, workflows, deadlines, and external creative partners
Present social strategies
