The position
The primary responsibility of this position is to drive new customer acquisition and business development within the PV & ESS distribution market , with a focus on residential and C&I; applications across Mexico and Central America .
The role will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams , identifying and acquiring new accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and solutions.
The position will play a key role in supporting the company's growth in the distributed generation sector , with a particular focus on expanding the distributor network, increasing market presence, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Develop new customers across Mexico and Central America , promoting the company's products and services with a strong focus on the distributor market.
- Conduct regular business trips and customer visits to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs,



and present the company's product portfolio to maximize sales potential.
- Manage and support customer accounts by developing commercial approaches according to customer profiles, market requirements, and applicable local legislation.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and establish regular contacts to strengthen relationships and achieve the company's commercial objectives.
- Review Letters of Intent (LOIs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and commercial contracts in coordination with the Legal Department.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the sales process through to closing.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team, when required, to provide technical presentations and support customer negotiations.
- Analyze historical sales forecasts and customer projects to support inventory and stock planning strategies according to market demand in Mexico and Central Amer
