Position Summary
Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for and implementing and enhancing employee relations and labor relations policies and procedures that drive business results. They serve as a liaison between the HR department and the business side of the company, providing guidance on labor policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives.



This role involves coaching managers on effective expertise practices and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Collaborate with leaders and managers to implement employee and labor relations policies that support business objectives. Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers. Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Monitor and measure existing labor relations procedures and policies. Coach managers on effective practices. Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and LATAM labor regulations. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions.
