Project: LLM Senior Project Manager Location: Remote from Mexico.
Hours: Full-time (8h/day, Monday–Friday) from 8AM to 5PM CST with 1 hour of break. As a LLM Senior Project Manager, you will be the connective tissue between our AI delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders, making sure projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. No technical skills in AI are needed; This is a contract position with paid time off, Monday to Friday working hours, and a collaborative international team.
Manage end-to-end delivery of LLM data annotation and language projects — from kickoff to final handover.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or equivalent.
Maintain an efficient management team applying AI and Agentic AI tools to processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including annotators, linguists, quality reviewers, and vendor managers.
Track project KPIs (throughput, quality metrics, delivery rates) and produce regular status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Facilitate daily standups,



sprint planning, retrospectives, and client review meetings.
Onboard new team members onto project workflows, tools, and guidelines.
Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with QA teams to monitor quality standards and implement improvement actions when needed.
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, program management or similar.
