About the role Revenue Operations sits between sales, marketing, finance and operations, turning data into decisions. As the GPO Analyst you own the group purchasing organization side of that work: membership rosters, contract eligibility, pricing accuracy, and the tracings and rebates reporting that sales leadership depends on. A lot of this data is confidential, so accuracy and integrity matter as much as speed. Process, prepare and distribute tracings and rebate reports, including validating contract eligibility and handling resubmissions
Work with distribution partners to collect tracings data,



calculate rebates owed, and present the results to sales management
Track member performance against purchase commitments and confirm they are in the right pricing tiers
Build reports and analytics in Power BI and Excel that sales leadership uses to make strategic calls
Maintain customer and rep databases for sales reporting (CRM, lead tracking, competitor impact, market share) at corporate, divisional and territory level
Represent Revenue Operations in cross functional projects with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Care and Compliance
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
Strong Excel, including PivotTables
Solid organizational and communication skills, and the ability to explain data clearly to people who are not analysts
Comfortable running multiple projects independently against tight deadlines
Experience working across teams and business units
Able to thrive in a fast paced
