The Contract Performance Manager serves as the primary P&L; lead and customer liaison for energy service and maintenance contracts, overseeing the full lifecycle of resources and logistics required to maintain, repair, and refurbish site assets. You will be responsible for both the strategic planning and tactical execution of preventive and remedial maintenance, managing field services engineering and facility operations to ensure high-performance standards in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. By leveraging your technical expertise and industry experience, you will act with autonomy to resolve complex customer concerns, drive portfolio growth through commercial collaboration with Sales, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsible for planning and execution of services and supplies contracts for assigned customer.
Responsible for financial results of contracts executed to perform within the as-sold budget.
Support Sales team to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
Responsible for operational KPIs regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.




Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer.
Establish and maintain contact to provide on‐going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
This position requires some experience in the Services & Customer Service Management.
Bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in roles related to contract management or planning and execution of outages in combined/simple cycle power plants.
Established project management skills.
