Senior Manager, New Product Introduction OperationsDescription -Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, NPI Operations ensures HP's creative and marketing engine runs smoothly at scale. In this role, you guide the people who keep projects moving, remove blockers before they slow teams down, and build the operational structure that keeps stakeholders aligned across NPI, Marketing, Creative Services, and system owners. Set the operational direction for NPI workflows, including standards, templates, governance, and quality expectations. NPI Workflow Strategy & ExecutionOwn the end‐to‐end operational strategy for NPI setup in Workfront, ensuring workflows scale across product lines, configurations, and release cycles.
Cross‐Functional Alignment & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a senior operational partner to NPI leads, Marketing teams, and system owners — ensuring alignment on timelines, requirements, and dependencies.
Represent NPI Operations in cross‐functional planning, readiness reviews, and workflow design discussions.




Operational Planning & Continuous ImprovementShape operational plans that support NPI and Creative Services goals, including resource planning, workflow improvements, and readiness initiatives.
Talent ManagementPerform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
Education & Experience RecommendedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or related field; Typically 10+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, production operations, or workflow management.8–10 years of people management experience preferred.
Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management systems strongly preferred.
Experience with DAM platforms, NPI processes, or creative production environments is a plus.
