Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for critical plant assets to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness,



and operational performance
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures
- Monitor reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), asset availability, and maintenance costs
- Manage the site's Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans for pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, agitators, and rotating equipment
- Implement and optimize predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring
- Support capital projects, shutdowns, commissioning activities, and major maintenance events while incorporating reliability and maintainability principl
