The Product Owner, Services plays an important role in the sale and scoping of service-based engagements.
Maintaining and prioritizing a sufficient backlog of ready-to-work backlog items to facilitate Sprint Planning
In so doing, the Product Owner also fulfills a critical quality assurance function, focusing primarily on fitness for use.
The Product Owner fulfills the following responsibilities for all assigned Products and Projects
Proactively participate in release and product increment planning
Collaborating with Product Team members in writing stories, taking accountability for having a backlog of ready stories and prioritizing them
