The Role: To support the Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of the country marketing strategy and plans for English and Exams (E&E;), ensuring alignment with general marketing strategy and brand, and to work in partnership with the E&E; Business to ensure that marketing programmes enable required business targets.
Strategy and Planning Leads country-level marketing strategy for E&E; by leveraging market insights and expertise, ensuring alignment with global objectives, budgets, and resources while continuously tracking and reporting performance outcomes. Designs and executes annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and retention, ensuring brand compliance and contributing to product development and value proposition localisation. Consultancy, analysis & problem-solving Develops deep understanding of business context, opportunities, and challenges to deliver insight-led marketing strategies,



while clearly communicating complex findings tailored to both marketing and leadership stakeholders. Continuously improves marketing effectiveness by incorporating stakeholder feedback and leveraging social listening and analytics tools to monitor reputation and optimise engagement.
Commercial and financial management Plans and manages E&E; marketing budgets using corporate systems, tracks and annual performance, and ensures cost-effective delivery while managing risks.
Relationship and stakeholder management Proactively builds strong relationships with the internal network of marketing as well as stakeholders to ensure integrated approaches and enhance own knowledge and expertise.
