Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Residential Advocate to protect residents’ well-being, deliver crisis intervention, and supervise volunteers at the Southwest Safehouse. You will conduct intake interviews, offer weekly individual counseling, and coordinate with program leadership to maintain a safe, supportive shelter environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least one year of human service experience, with shift work including overnight blocks.
