The successful candidate will have a proven track record in internal communications, executive communications, content development, employee engagement, and change communications. Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans that connect company priorities, business updates, and organizational initiatives to employees in a clear, timely, and engaging way.
Employee Channels and Content: Create, edit, and publish content for internal channels, including slack posts, internal announcements, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and other employee-facing materials.
Executive Communications: Prepare executives and senior leaders for internal communications, including all-hands meetings, leadership messages, organizational updates, and employee Q&A; sessions. Change Communications: Design communication plans that support organizational, operational, cultural, and business changes.
