We're looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our Sales team.
You'll be selling Papaya's cutting-edge platform that simplifies integral payroll, payments, and workforce management. New Business Development Generate new business opportunities with a focus on mid and enterprise global organizations and post-IPO companies. Sales Execution Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Leverage AI-powered sales and research tools to enhance prospecting, account planning, stakeholder engagement, proposal development and sales execution. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers to service delivery.




Consultative Selling Understand and articulate client challenges related to global payroll, compliance, and international HR operations. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align client needs with platform capabilities. Share insights and feedback from the field to support continuous improvement.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing full sales cycles within the payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR, or workforce management industry. Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations, including multi-stakeholder and international sales cycles, while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance research, account planning, and sales execution. Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, workforce management, or adjacent HR technology ecosystems.
