You will be part of a cross-functional NPI organization that works closely with Product Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Test Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Together, we focus on building robust manufacturing processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring new products are successfully transferred into mass production.
What You Will Do
- Define and validate manufacturing processes for prototypes, customer samples, pilot builds, and new product introductions.
- Develop manufacturing flows, routing structures, process sequences, and standard work instructions.
- Ensure build readiness by coordinating materials, tooling, equipment, testing resources, and production planning activities.
- Provide hands‑on manufacturing floor support during prototype builds, customer samples, engineering validations, and production readiness activities.
