Atlas Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across Latin America & Caribbean. This part-time role combines strong marketing knowledge with project management capabilities to support campaigns, brand and marketing materials, client requirements, reporting, and other regional marketing activities.





Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Regional Director, the Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with approved marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and client requirements. The adecuado candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, distributed environment.

Support the development and execution of approved annual and initiative-based marketing plans, campaigns, events, and promotional activities across Latin America & Caribbean.
Coordinate and track multiple marketing workstreams, including workplans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and pending inputs.
Maintain project management systems and trackers, proactively following up on outstanding deliverables and identifying potential risks, delays, or missing information.
