As the EHS & Maintenance Manager for the Tijuana Site, you will collaborate closely with the Integral Operations team, and you will play a crucial role in developing and executing EH&S; and Maintenance initiatives that align with the Tijuana Site business objectives. You will lead the EH&S; and Maintenance team reporting in solid line with the Site General Manager. Hence, this role requires broad experience from various disciplines of Operations combined with a strong knowledge of Maintenance and EH&S; Regulatory Compliance. Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Injury and Illness Prevention program, Risk

and Environmental Assessments, Management of Change and all other activities that contribute to the Safety, Health, Environment and Security compliance with all federal, state, and related safety
Helps on major products such as expansion of facilities, acquisition and installation of

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in a Management Position
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) Level of English: Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid Presentations and/or Participation
