Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee work product(s) and team of issue managers. Lead small to medium size projects, managing deadlines, expectations,



and often contributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by more junior staff; providing coaching, mentoring and feedback to such individuals.
- Serve as the end-to-end Issue Manager for assigned issues and action plans, leading investigations, facilitating root cause analysis, defining remediation plans and timelines, preparing for and leading working sessions and shepherding issues through verified closure.
- Build strong relationships with issue and remediation owners to promote accountability, monitor progress against milestones, challenge insufficient evidence, remove obstacles, and escalate risks or delays as needed to ensure timely remediation.
- Effectively balance competing deadlines across multiple concurrent remediation efforts, audit response timelines, and ad-hoc risk escalation requests, and maintain high quality and compliance standards.
