THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
We are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled Recruiter, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, in this role you will be responsible for developing strategic Recruitment processes.
Deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy.
Support the implementation of effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
Prepare and present regular reports to the HR Manager on key HR metrics.
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
Solid understanding of HR software and systems.
Fluency in English is required
