Because the projects can change frequently, we need someone who is highly adaptable, intellectually curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple businesses and projects. for research, problem-solving, planning, documentation, content development, and workflow optimization. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keeping priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups organized. Support new business initiatives,



digital projects, email campaigns, research, and other special projects. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Executive Assistance, Operations, Project Coordination, Founder Support , or a similar role. Experience working directly with a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, or senior executive is strongly preferred. Strong initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities at the same time. English communication skills (C1,C2) Strong technological aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems. Compensation $1,200 - $1,400 per month Benefits 10 days of per month 3 sick days 6 US Federal Holidays
