The Sales Trainee for Flavors Latam is an entry level position designed to develop dynamic, high potential candidates who are interested in pursuing a successful career in value-added food ingredient/ flavors sales. The Sales Trainee Program is designed to provide a well-rounded, thorough understanding of the specialty value-added applications within our organization and to systematically grow and develop talent over a 2 year period, in preparation to become a successful Account Manager upon completion of the program.

This role is full time office based in Tlalnepantla.

What you will do:
- The Sales Trainee will be given rotational assignments that serve various functions, and will receive increasing responsibilities with client interaction and eventually transition into a full-time sales role. The Program will provide sequential on-the-job experience,



job shadowing and opportunities to practice skills and receive leadership and sales coaching.
- Majority of time spent in Sales & Technical/R&D; areas, but will also consist of rotations within Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, and ongoing sales shadowing.
- Sales Trainee will receive leadership coaching to enhance necessary skills needed for success in the role of Sales Account Manager, including organizing and leading a meeting, facilitation skills, project management skills, active listening, developing presentations, public speaking, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution.

- Bachelor's degree in a science related discipline (ideally food science or chemistry).
