Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Coordinador de Desarrollo Organizacional.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
What you’ll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- A. Detect and coordinate the annual training plan, according with the STPS, union requirement, customer requirement and business needs.
- B. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton’s Policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- A. Detection of the Training Needs at Plant, Department, Function level,



Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.
- B. Build up the annual Training Plan according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget management.
- C. Lead the certification process.
- D. Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
- E. Promote the usage of training tools as Eaton University.
- F. Comply with audits requirements such as Eaton, Customer and legal audits regarding to Training Management.
- G. Review twice a year the scholarships given by Eaton. (Educational Policy).
- H. Drives Performance Management Process.
- I. Supports OCA process and Talent Review sessions to build talent pipelines and monitors progress of development actions recommended by business and HR leaders.
- J. Implements Corporate OD initiatives and leadership programs to build organization capability.
