Your role at Baxter:
You as, Specialist Engineer, OPEX, will be responsible for crafting, governing, and ensuring the advancement of the operational perfection system.
Specific responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, leading, advising, and training others in the methods of ongoing improvement.




What you will be doing:
- Fulfill their functions in accordance with the culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices in the organization.
