We are looking for a Team Leader of Food Serviceto lead and accelerate the development of our Food Service business, shaping the strategy, operating model, and customer approach required to deliver sustainable growth across the channel.
This role will be responsible for building a strong Food Service business in Mexico, strengthening our presence across key segments and customers, and establishing a consistent way of working across the organization, aligned with the Ferrero Way and our general guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Food Service Master Plan, establishing the channel’s way of working, sales strategy, and right distribution model.
- Own the Food Service strategy and key business drivers, identifying medium- and long-term growth opportunities across customer segments.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leading engagement plans, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Deliver national revenue, profitability, and growth objectives, continuously monitoring business performance and defining corrective actions.




- Own SKU-level forecasting and forecast accuracy, partnering with S&OP; to anticipate demand, seasonality, promotions, and new business opportunities.
- Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process and translate strategic priorities into actionable customer and segment plans.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and activations respond to Food Service customer needs.
- Lead and develop the Food Service team, driving strong execution and achievement of commercial objectives across the channel.

Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Marketing or similar
Solid experience in Food Service, B2B, Sales, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
Proven experience developing commercial strategies and managing different customer segments.
