We’re looking for a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Engineer who enjoys building, integrating, and continuously improving complex test environments. You’ll work hands-on with Vector tools , contribute to CI pipelines , and play a key role in accelerating innovation in electrification and autonomous driving . What you’ll be doing Design,



develop, and maintain HIL rigs at component and domain levels Lead integration activities across multiple product areas Commission, configure, and validate HIL test objects Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues (wiring, harnesses, simulation elements) Manage ECU updates and component configurations Develop and enhance network simulations (gateways, signal manipulation, etc.) Execute manual software downloads for core ECUs What we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics , or a related field 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive or embedded environments Strong background in electronic systems development (hardware & software) Hands-on experience with HIL and automated test systems , using Vector tools Proficiency in Python and CAPL for scripting and automation Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols ( CAN, LIN, Ethe
