About the RoleA growing U.S.-based Family Law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal / Case Manager to take meaningful ownership of complex Florida family law matters.
This is a senior-level role for a legal professional who goes beyond completing assigned tasks. The adecuado candidate understands the full picture of each case, anticipates attorney needs, identifies potential issues, manages deadlines proactively, and helps move cases forward with strong judgment and initiative.
You will work directly with experienced attorneys and play an important role in case preparation, discovery, financial analysis, client communication, and the continued development of internal workflows and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management & Attorney Support
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned cases, including facts, procedural status, discovery, financial matters, deadlines, and outstanding needs.
- Proactively monitor cases and identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, and potential issues.
- Prepare attorneys for mediations, hearings, depositions,



and trials.
- Create case chronologies, issue summaries, discovery summaries, financial summaries, exhibit lists, and supporting materials.
- Track cases from intake through resolution and ensure important deadlines and tasks are not overlooked.

Legal Document Preparation
- Draft and prepare initial filings, pleadings, motions, notices, and other court documents.
- Prepare and review financial affidavits and supporting documentation.
- Assist with marital settlement agreements, parenting plans, and settlement-related documents.
- Draft discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, deficiency correspondence, and related materials.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and attention to detail.

Financial & Discovery Review
- Review financial affidavits, income documentation, expenses, assets, liabilities, bank records, and opposing-party disclosures.
