Lead Enterprise Imaging Initiatives
Are you a motivated project professional who enjoys keeping complex healthcare technology initiatives on track?
At Impact Advisors Mexico, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare technology, imaging informatics, and project management—supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise medical imaging initiatives for U.S. healthcare organizations.
This role is idóneo for an organized, communicative professional who can align clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners—and who is passionate about disciplined delivery, clear communication, and successful implementations.
What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Delivery
· Manage medical imaging projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout.




· Support implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts involving PACS, enterprise imaging platforms, image viewers, and related healthcare technologies.
· Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
· Participate in Agile and Waterfall project environments and apply project management best practices.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate project activities among internal teams, healthcare providers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
· Support vendor management activities and coordinate project deliverables.
· Collaborate with technical and clinical teams to support workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Communication
· Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting agendas, and stakeholder communications.
· Maintain project information using tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com
