Job Description:
Regional HR Partner to serve as a trusted, on-the-ground HR advisor for people leaders and employees across assigned Americas countries. This role is responsible for providing hands-on HR guidance, employee relations support, workforce action execution, country-specific compliance expertise, and day-to-day HR operations.
The Regional HR Partner will support Director-and-below populations, partnering closely with Functional HRBPs, People Relations, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Integral Mobility, and other HR stakeholders. The role requires strong judgment to determine when to independently resolve matters, when to consult with HR partners, and when to escalate sensitive or legally complex issues.
The position will also own HR case management through ServiceNow, ensuring cases are accurately triaged, resolved within SLA requirements, appropriately escalated, and fully documented.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and coach Directors-and-below managers on employee relations, performance management, PIPs, corrective actions,



documentation, and terminations.
- Guide managers through involuntary terminations and other workforce actions while ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance with local requirements.
- Provide first-line HR guidance on complex, country-specific employee and manager matters.
- Support leave administration, leave-of-absence matters, workplace accommodations, remote-work exceptions, and policy-related requests.
- Evaluate and route HR policy exception requests and escalate matters requiring Legal, People Relations, or COE involvement.
- Support workforce action execution, including employee-specific preparation, manager readiness, execution, and follow-up documentation.
- Partner with Functional HRBPs on organizational change, engagement action planning, and regional HR initiatives.
- Support global mobility activities involving regional relocations and cross-border moves.
