We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, customer journey design, and marketing automation. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive customer engagement and marketing performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Experience creating and optimizing customer journeys, automated campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.




- Solid SQL skills for segmentation, audience management, and data analysis.
- Experience translating business requirements into marketing automations and campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain customer journeys, automations, and email communications.
- Create audience segmentation strategies using SQL and data-driven insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable marketing solutions.
