We are hiring a Senior Demand Planner for a growing omnichannel consumer products business. You will own the end-to-end demand planning process, combining company and category targets with SKU-level forecasting to translate historical sales, seasonality, market trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and wholesale demand into accurate forecasts, inventory requirements, and purchasing recommendations.
Reconcile top-down commercial targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts, identify gaps or changes in demand patterns, and monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and other key demand planning KPIs.




Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations while accounting for lead times, minimum order quantities, order constraints, and inventory targets.
Partner with Supply Chain to improve product availability while reducing stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolete inventory and supporting efficient working-capital management.
Own the demand planning component of the S&OP; process, partnering with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align commercial expectations, forecast assumptions, and operational requirements.
