Sr Technical Recruiter
Location : Remote, Mexico Engagement
Type : Full-Time
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, product, design, and creative roles, from intake to offer.
Source, screen, and engage talent across Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, AI, Product, UX/UI, Brand, Motion, and Creative roles.
Manage multiple active searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and consistent communication.
Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, data, AI, product, and design roles.




Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
