Job Description

- Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in sales, key account management, or customer-facing commercial roles, including negotiation, account planning, and accountability for sales results. Fluent English.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific commercial plans aligned with sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Lead relationships with key customers, understand their priorities, and negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both parties.
- Identify growth opportunities in distribution, promotion, and category development across assigned accounts.
- Manage the sales forecast, commercial pipeline
