The role We are looking for a full-time freelance Creative Producer to run localized ad production in Latin America. Mexico is our primary focus market, with other Spanish-speaking markets as well as Brazil running in parallel. Your day-to-day Take concepts that already perform and make them land in your market: Translate and adapt in-ad copy from English into Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese (hooks, on-screen text, captions, VO scripts), rewriting it for the markets rather than translating word for word. Produce ads for Meta: swapping text captions, stills,



a-rolls and export finished, spec-correct assets from our templates. Source your own raw material from UGC content creators: create briefs and handle the process from outreach to delivery. Experience optimizing creatives based on performance data. Conduct research on local trends, personas, messaging, barriers, triggers and competitor mapping. Create your own hypotheses for creative concepts. Stay updated on the latest AI-creative production tools & trends, and use them where they save real time. Who we’re looking for Several years of experience in a creative or social media role in-house or a freelance, as a Strategist, Producer, or Copywriter, ideally at an advertising agency, app, or SaaS company.
