We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.
Qualifications
Must have experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
Must have a C1 level of English or higher
Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Must have a computer or laptop
Must have a reliable internet connection
Must have a noise-canceling headset
Must have a quiet and professional workspace
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous healthcare or medical customer service experience is a plus
