Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of procurement activities. This role is focused on procurement operations and P2P execution , supporting internal stakeholders, suppliers, global processes, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement.
Manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process , from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.




Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support operational decision-making and process optimization .
Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven analyses.
Manage or support commercial corporate card programs and general travel/TMC systems , including platforms such as Concur and ERP solutions .
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve operational issues, provide solutions, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.
Lead and facilitate international workshops, meetings, and working sessions related to procurement processes, systems, and operational improvements .
Support change management and user adoption initiatives , including KPI tracking and analysis.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, enhance controls, and strengthen the overall stakeholder experience.
