Backed by general investment funds, we are looking for a high-performing National Alliance Manager to drive our expansion across national automotive networks, forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, and accelerate credit adoption at the point of sale.

? Role Overview
- Location: Mexico City (On-site at Paseo de la Reforma offices, near BMV)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level (5–10+ years)
- Language Requirements: Spanish (Native/Primary) + Professional English
? Role Positioning Reporting to the Head of Business Development (Caleb Varner), you will lead our national dealership and OEM alliance strategy.
Your main focus will be penetrating major dealership groups, aligning brand-captive financiers (OEMs), and training floor sales teams to drive high-volume credit placement using MStar's financial platform.
? Key Responsibilities
- National Network Expansion: Build, manage, and expand commercial relationships with auto dealership groups, OEM captives, and F&I; directors across Mexico.
- Credit Adoption & Sales Enablement: Implement floor-room adoption strategies, incentive frameworks, and commission programs for dealership sales agents to maximize daily credit quoting.
- Strategic Deal Structuring: Negotiate co-marketing and joint-venture frameworks with dealership owners and regional brand directors to position MStar as the preferred financing partner.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with Risk, Product, and Operations teams to streamline the onboarding journey, reduce credit approval friction, and ensure high convers
