Tu rol en Vantive:
Ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento de inicio a fin, para posiciones directas,



indirectas y administrativas. Garantizar shortlists de alta calidad, tiempos de cobertura competitivos y una experiencia positiva para candidatos y gerentes. Este puesto reporta directamente al Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager y colabora estrechamente con socios locales de Recursos Humanos y líderes de las Unidades de Negocio claves.

Lo que realizarás:
1. Gestionar estrategias de atracción de talento que incluyen publicaciones de vacantes, búsqueda directa y creación
de redes profesionales.
2. Mantener un pipeline activo y calificado, y asegurar que todas las requisiciones permanezcan precisas y actualizadas en el ATS.
3. Coordinar entrevistas y evaluar candidatos utilizando criterios y herramientas de evaluación estructurados.
4. Proporcionar retroalimentación oportuna y preparar ofertas competitivas.
5. Alinear con los gerentes los perfiles críticos, prioridades de contratación y expectativas
