The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and leads a team of operators to achieve operational goals.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of a support, production or operations, logistics or warehouse team.



Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Lead across assigned areas or shifts and works within a team structure including crewing efforts, paying employees, providing feedback on performance, recommendations for employee selection.
- Conduct management and corrective action while maintaining a positive employee environment.
- Internally, the incumbent plays a key role in the human relations activities in the Plant. A considerable amount of time is spent interacting with teams and team members solving problems and furnishing advice or direction.
