Responsibilities
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support and contribute to the NSF talent acquisition processes across Latin America,



helping drive scalability for growth and advancing NSF’s mission to protect and improve human health.
* Responsible for selected recruitment processes in Latin America, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
* Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and hiring managers, supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition aligned with regional business goals.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to recruitment and internal mobility.
* Monitor recruitment performance using data and analytics, generating reports and driving continuous improvement.
* Lead or contribute to projects focused on enhancing recruitment systems (ATS, automation, integrations) to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
* Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle, promoting fair practices and attracting diverse talent.
