You will lead a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that improve quality, productivity,



and business performance.Key Responsibilities:* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.* Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.* Support manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.* Lead engineering activities related to new product introductions, process validation, and technology transfers.* Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and general teams to deliver business results.* Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.* 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.* 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.* Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.* Fluent in English and Span
