POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Marketing Specialist – Motion will drive marketing-led growth for the Servo and VFD portfolio in Mexico and Latin America by developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads, identify high-potential opportunities, and support measurable sales pipeline growth. This role will connect market insight, customer needs, product positioning, campaign execution, distributor engagement, and sales feedback to increase demand and convert qualified interest into actionable opportunities. The position will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, Solution Sales and channel partners to strengthen market visibility, improve lead quality, support opportunity qualification, and enable profitable growth for MEAU’s Motion business across the region.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions

Lead Generation & Product Stratgy
- Develop and lead the VFD and Servo product strategy for Latin America, including the long-term business plan and growth objectives.




- Drive Lead Generation strategies to ensure proper qualification up to SQL, from product requirements to significant application where MEAU can build a strong differentiation based on market needs, customer inputs, and competitive insights.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for the LATAM region, including pricing, messaging, launch, and end‑of‑life planning.

Customer & Market Insight
- Engage directly with customers to identify challenges, personas, industry applications, and opportunities for value creation. Translate these insights into meaningful product enhancements.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities, competitive pricing levels, and emerging trends.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to define scope, justify investments, and guide development, prototyping, and customer validation.
