Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead the commercial operation of MiNegocio Mexico by defining and executing the channel's commercial strategy, assortment priorities, promotional agenda and customer engagement activities to maximize growth,



profitability and customer lifetime value.

The role is accountable for translating business objectives, customer insights and advanced analytics into actionable commercial plans that drive measurable commercial impact. Working closely with the Commercial Analytics & Transformation team, the position ensures that segmentation outputs, customer insights and growth opportunities are effectively converted into assortment strategies, loyalty programs, promotional initiatives and commercial priorities that accelerate digital sales growth.

The role serves as the primary bridge between commercial strategy and execution, ensuring all commercial activities within MiNegocio are coordinated, prioritized and optimized to deliver business case commitments and sustainable growth.
