Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team.



In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting U.S.-based agents for one of our clients. The adecuado candidate is creative, results-driven, and passionate about finding top talent through innovative sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on traditional job postings.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong candidate pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously exploring new ways to attract qualified talent across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based customer service and operational positions.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract talent in competitive U.S. markets.
