About this Position
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth for Schwarzkopf by developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing commercial strategies aligned with the business objectives. This role will combine strategic account management, sales execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the brand’s position in the market.

What you´ll do
- Execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales plans aligned with the business strategy and commercial objectives.
- Manage and develop existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Identify, manage, and close growth opportunities through CRM tools (ACE), ensuring accurate pipeline management.
- Implement pricing strategies and commercial actions to drive profitable growth.
- Deliver sales, organic growth, profitability, and other key commercial KPIs across assigned accounts or territories.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and positioning to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive developments to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, resolve requests or complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Integrate sustainability objectives into customer and sales strategies.
- Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to improve sales effectiveness, forecasting, and business performance.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong commercial background, ideally within the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel sales strategies, including salons/professional channels, distributors, and e-commerce.
