Key responsibilities include:
- Configure, build, test, and support WorkForce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
- Develop and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Leverage platform configuration and declarative capabilities to deliver efficient business solutions.
- Support application deployments and production releases, including planning, testing, and execution activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support to ensure system stability and performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with WorkForce Software Time & Attendance or related workforce management solutions.




- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience supporting software configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Understanding of business process design and optimization methodologies.
- Exposure to workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, or payroll processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and delivering innovative solutions.
