Position: Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

Rove Concepts and Rove Next are seeking an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns across both brands, helping drive customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.

The adecuado candidate enjoys creating personalized customer experiences, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving customer journeys through data-driven marketing.

What You'll Do
- Execute email marketing campaigns across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows.
- Develop customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
- Work closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create, test,



and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Stay up to date with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing best practices.

What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce business.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
